Мы встретились с президентом Фонда, Дмитрием Викторовичем Ершовым. Может быть, нам удастся выведать некоторые секреты его проектов. На сегодняшний день мы имеем свой просторный офис в центре Санкт-Петербурга со штатом более 50 человек, представляющих уже более 15 лет бессменную и дружную команду профессионалов, благодаря которой Фестиваль красоты «Невские Берега» вышел на международный уровень. Мне удалось объединить все небольшие конкурсные направления того времени. Основой стал конкурс фантазийной прически, инициатором которого была Наталия Кондратьева, необыкновенно талантливый мастер-модельер из СанктПетербурга. С тех пор выросло несколько поколений специалистов салонных профессий, а конкурс постепенно превратился в яркое, многогранное мероприятие, объединяющее выставку, Чемпионаты и деловую программу.
